In the spring of 2022, we made the bold decision to leave life as we knew it in the city behind us, in search of a quieter and more fulfilling life and connection to the country.
The previous owners had planted the beautiful English Oaks setting the stage for our new life - one we are very grateful to be living.

Our ordering system opens annually on May 1st and depending on our winter weather, we begin harvesting and supplying truffles from late July to early September.
We will be offering our Black Truffle Salt, Black Truffle Butter and our delicious Black Truffle Honey for sale from August 1st.
