Nestled in a hamlet of The Great Snowy Mountains region of NSW, Laurel Hill Truffles is a boutique truffière
cultivating cold climate black winter Périgord truffles.
The regions crisp air, winter snowfalls, abundant annual rainfall and nutrient rich volcanic soil create the perfect environment for these esteemed truffles to thrive.
During the winter months, our skilled Springer Spaniel scent dog, 'Benji' helps us harvest the truffles at their peak, aided by the unique natural ripening process of the heavy frosts and snowfall.
We operate with a strong commitment to sustainability and quality, using environmentally friendly practices to enhance the flavour of our truffles while honouring the Ngarigo people and the land on which we live.
